Bug Fixes

• Added padding around the catalog and tabs.

• Fixed projection/measurement issues with buffers.

• Fixed state management issue when switching services without completing the first service.

• Fixed bug with the close button not finishing the service.

• Fixed bug with AGS vector layers not loading (OL5 upgrade artifact).

• Removed errant console.log statements and upgraded the linter to fail when it finds them into the future.

New Features

• No major feature releases but the bug fix list is epic and worthwhile.
